What’s your Strength?….
September 28, 2010
Basically… What does your agency have to offer clients that others dont? What Kind of work do clients expect to see from you, and can you take on the project that they want and need? Some questions you should ask yourself are, “is our agency strong enough to be the agency that prospects and current clients will want to do business with next year or the following or maybe even five years down the road?” “Do the actual clients think we are strong enough for them?” One thing is for sure, you have to see and explore the strengths that your agency has and then invest on some that you dont have. See what your agency does the best, for example, is it the creative? or maybe its the unique way of looking at your job in general? it can also be the celebrity star service you treat your clients with. You can also ask yourself what ability does your agency have that maybe you are not currently doing? The way you inform clients and prospects about the skills you agency offers that they are not currently using is also important. You should always remind the client what you have to offer especially if its something new. Once you have figured out your strengths and the ones you have yet to develop, Express (Build your image with current and potential clients), Exploit (Put a name to your strengths, brand them, the strengths become your agency) and Extend them (Open a new location, hire more people and expand your agency).
